Evolvens Group Kft. is committed to protecting your personal data and assumes a high level of responsibility for the security of your information. The data collection and data processing we carry out consist of clear and transparent processes.

This statement sets out the following: 

What personal data we collect about you and process in the context of our customer relationship with you and in connection with your use of our website and online services;

• Where we obtain this data from;
• What we do with this data;
• How we store the data;
• To whom we disclose/reveal this data;
• How we consider your data protection rights;
• How we comply with data protection rules.

All personal data collection and processing is carried out in accordance with Hungarian and EU data protection laws.

Data required by law to conclude a transaction: Name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping and billing address. For purchases with registration: Name, username, e-mail address, phone number, shipping and billing address.

The purpose of processing the above data: data processing for customer relationship purposes, data processing necessary for the performance of orders, contracts and services, and data processing necessary for sending newsletters.

1. What personal data do we collect?

Personal data means any information relating to you that can identify you, such as your name, contact details, other data you provide and information about your use of our website.

We may collect personal data about you when you have a phone conversation with our staff, negotiate with us in person, send a message via email / through a form on one of the above websites / by postal mail, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out an online questionnaire or test, order our products and services, or enter into a contractual relationship with us for any matter.

We may collect the following types of data in particular:

 

• Name, postal address, email address, phone number, or other data used for payment;
• Business data that you share with us in order to enable proper fulfilment of the request;
• Information related to the use of our website;

All communication exchanged with us or addressed to us, whether by letter, email, phone, or social media.

2. Duration of data processing

The processing of the personal data required during registration or when placing an order begins with the registration or with the provision of the data necessary to fulfil the order, and continues until their deletion is requested. For non-mandatory data, processing starts at the time the data is provided and continues until the relevant data is deleted upon request.

Data provided for newsletter sending purposes are processed until the data subject's request for deletion.

Personal data may be deleted at any time following the submission of a deletion request. Upon receipt of the request, Evolvens Group Kft. will delete the personal data from its system within 5 working days.

The above provisions do not affect the fulfilment of retention obligations laid down by law (e.g. in accounting legislation), nor data processing carried out on the basis of further consents given during registration in the webshop or in any other way.

 

3. Cookie

This site uses cookies to help improve our services and provide useful features for you.

4. The data subject may request the deletion, correction, or blocking of their data.

You have the right to:

 

• To request information on whether we hold any personal data about you and, if so, what data we hold and for what purpose we store/process it.
• Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and check that we are lawfully processing it.
• To request modification of the personal data we hold about you. This allows you to correct or supplement your personal information.

You are entitled at any time to request the correction or deletion of incorrectly recorded data at any of the contact details below. Evolvens Group Kft. will delete the data within 5 working days from the receipt of the request, and in this case, they will not be recoverable. The deletion does not apply to data processing required by law (e.g., accounting regulations), which Evolvens Group Kft. retains for the necessary duration.

You may also request the blocking of your data. Evolvens Group Kft. will block the personal data if you request it or if it is presumed based on available information that deletion would harm your legitimate interests. Such blocked personal data may only be processed as long as the purpose of data processing that excluded the deletion of personal data exists.

You and anyone to whom the data was previously disclosed for processing purposes must be notified of the correction, blocking, and deletion. Notification may be omitted if it does not harm your legitimate interest in light of the purpose of data processing.

 

5. The data subject may object to the processing of his or her personal data

You can object to the processing of your personal data. Evolvens Group Kft. will examine the objection within the shortest possible time, but no later than 8 days from the submission of the request, decide on its validity, and inform the applicant in writing of the decision. 6. Data security

Evolvens Group Kft. undertakes to ensure the security of the data, takes the necessary technical measures to ensure that the collected, stored, and processed data are protected, and does everything possible to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use, and unauthorized alteration. It also undertakes to call on any third parties to whom the data may be transmitted or transferred to fulfill their obligations in this regard.

 

7. Other provisions

Evolvens Group Kft. reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Privacy Notice. By using the above-defined websites of Evolvens Group Kft. after the modification comes into effect, you accept the contents of the modified Privacy Notice as implied conduct.

This Privacy Notice is effective from October 15, 2024.
