All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Hungarian and EU data protection laws.

Mandatory data required for concluding a contract: Name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address. For purchases made with registration: Name, username, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.

The purpose of processing the above data: customer relationship management, processing necessary for fulfilling orders, contracts, and services, and processing required for sending newsletters.

1. What personal data do we collect?

Personal data refers to any information relating to you that can identify you, such as your name, contact details, other information you provide, and information about your use of our website.

We may collect personal data about you when you speak with our staff by phone, meet with us in person, send us a message by email or through a form on one of the above websites, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out an online questionnaire or test, order our products and services, or enter into a contractual relationship with us for any reason.

2. Duration of data processing

The processing of personal data required during registration or ordering begins with the provision of data necessary for registration or fulfilling the order and lasts until deletion upon request. For non-mandatory data, processing starts from the time the information is provided and continues until the data in question is deleted upon request.

Data provided for the purpose of sending newsletters will be processed until the data subject requests deletion.

Personal data may be deleted at any time after submitting a deletion request. Upon receipt of the request, Evolvens Group Ltd. will delete the personal data from its system within 5 business days.

The above provisions do not affect the fulfillment of retention obligations prescribed by law (e.g., accounting regulations), as well as data processing carried out based on additional consents given during registration on the online store or by other means.

4. The data subject may request the deletion, correction, or restriction of their data.

• Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to ensure that we are processing it lawfully.
• To request modification of the personal data we hold about you. This allows you to clarify or supplement your personal information.

You are entitled at any time to request the correction or deletion of your incorrectly recorded data using any of the contact details provided below. Evolvens Group Kft. will delete the data within 5 business days of receiving the request, after which the data cannot be restored. Deletion does not apply to data processing required by law (e.g., accounting regulations); Evolvens Group Kft. will retain such data for the period required by law.

You may also request that your data be blocked. Evolvens Group Kft. will block personal data if you request it, or if, based on the information available, it can be assumed that deletion would harm your legitimate interests. Such blocked personal data may only be processed as long as the purpose of data processing that prevented deletion exists.

You and anyone to whom your data was previously disclosed for data processing purposes must be notified of any correction, blocking, or deletion of your data. This notification may be omitted if, considering the purpose of the data processing, it does not infringe upon your legitimate interests.

 

5. The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data

You may object to the processing of your personal data. Evolvens Group Kft. will review your objection as soon as possible, but no later than 8 days from the submission of your request, make a decision on its validity, and inform you in writing of its decision. 6. Data Security

Evolvens Group Ltd. undertakes to ensure the security of the data and to take all necessary technical measures to guarantee that the collected, stored, and managed data are protected, and to do everything possible to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use, or unauthorized alteration. It also undertakes to require any third parties to whom data may be transmitted or transferred to comply with these obligations.

 

7. Other provisions

Evolvens Group Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy. By using the websites specified above after the amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the modified Privacy Policy through your continued use.
