How long does it take to make a custom watch?
Production of custom-configured watches usually takes 20 business days. In exceptional cases, with prior arrangement, we can expedite production.
Is it possible to create a custom watch face?
Yes, you can create a custom dial. In addition to the dials available in the editor and collections, you can modify them (with a custom logo or inscription), or order a version with a completely unique design.

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate watch orders?
There is no minimum order quantity—we can create your desired watch even if you only want one. (For multiple pieces, we offer a discount on the price of the watches.)
Is international shipping available?
Yes, for international orders we offer GLS or FedEx Express shipping.
What level of water resistance do the watches have?
You’ll find the exact water resistance ratings in the "Parameters" section for each model. Our watches with screw-down crowns are water resistant to 10ATM (100m) - 44mm; variations without a screw-down crown are 5ATM (50m) - available in 34mm and 44mm sizes.
How can you use the Evolvens® Gift Card?
When you order a Gift Card, we generate a unique coupon code that you can redeem on the purchase/payment page of your custom watch. In this case, the amount assigned to the Gift Card will be deducted. If the value of the purchased watch does not exceed the amount on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the desired watch costs more than the Gift Card value, the remaining amount will appear during checkout and can be paid by credit card. For in-person purchases, you can pay the balance by bank transfer, card, or cash.
