Returns and refunds

For non-customized products, if you don’t like the product or are not satisfied with it for any reason, you have the option to return it within 28 days. Please return the product with all its accessories!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please send a message to info@evolvens.com!
2.  Send the package by mail or courier!
3. Once the package has arrived, we will initiate the refund within 14 days.
