If you ordered your watch with custom engraving or a modification carried out specifically at your request, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return under the applicable regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
Steps for returning your order:
1. Packaging: Place the watch back into its original presentation box with all accessories, and pack it securely.
2. Shipping: Send the package to the following address: 1054 Budapest, Akadémia utca 9.
3. Waiting: As soon as the package arrives and we have checked the condition of the watch, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days (but usually much sooner).
