Production of the watches generally takes 20–25 working days. In exceptional cases, by prior arrangement, it is possible to shorten the production time.

For completion within 10 working days, we charge an express fee of 25,000 HUF.

Pieces available for immediate delivery are handed over to the courier within 24–48 hours, and in case of personal pickup they can be collected from our store at any time.

Our watches with screw‑down crown have a water resistance of 10 ATM (100 m) – 44 mm, 42 mm, 46 mm. Variants without screw‑down crown have a water resistance of 5 ATM (50 m) – 34 mm, 40 mm.

We provide a 3+3 year warranty on our watches. After the first 3 years, you can request a full service, which costs 20,000 HUF. After the service, a new warranty card is issued for an additional 3 years.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper use, disregard of the user and operating instructions,
• incorrect storage, improper handling, damage, unauthorised or incorrect repair,
• acts of God, natural disasters, or other physical or chemical effects.

For orders over 50,000 HUF we provide free shipping.

All our orders are delivered by GLS courier to the address specified in the order.

For information regarding delivery, it is recommended to contact GLS customer service once your parcel is in transit. Of course, if necessary, we can also contact the courier company in case of any issues.

Please note that if the parcel is redirected to a different address or parcel point than the one provided when ordering, the delivery time may be extended.

All our watches are delivered in a presentation box, which includes the watch itself along with the warranty and guarantee card.

You can also order a custom premium box. You’ll find this option under the “Accessories” menu, and you can even request a custom inscription, name or logo on it.

Our watches are always presented in a black, leather-effect gift box. The box also contains the warranty and guarantee documents for the watch.

Instead of the standard box, you can also request a premium presentation box with custom logo/text, which can be ordered under the “Accessories” menu.
