Based on the approved designs, we create the watch, which at this stage already reveals the true effects of the polished, matte, or brushed surfaces. The assembled timepiece undergoes rigorous tests to check accuracy, water resistance, surface quality, and dust resistance. If all criteria are met, we deliver it in a custom-made box that reflects the company’s branding.

Are there minimum order quantity requirements?
No minimum order quantity—single pieces can also be made.
Can I request a quote and design proposal?
Of course! Upon request, we will create a free visual design based on the logo and branding elements you provide.
How can the price remain competitive with a low minimum order quantity?
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible value for money. Thanks to our many years of manufacturing experience and our stock of pre-made parts, we can respond to custom requests quickly and efficiently.
Is it possible to request a sample for larger production quantities?
For every custom-ordered watch, we create a prototype and send you video and photo documentation. Of course, you can also view the finished piece in person. For orders of 20 pieces or more, we provide a complete sample of the finished watch.
How long does it take to deliver custom watches?
For custom watches, delivery can take place as soon as two weeks after the final design is approved.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide via FedEx Express service.
Can I modify my order?
You can modify your order at any time during the watch design process. However, once we begin production, changes are only possible by mutual agreement.
