During the design phase, we define your ideas and turn them into graphic form. It is very important that the desired elements can actually be manufactured on the given surfaces. We pay close attention to the level of detail, the visibility of visual elements, and the ways different materials can be used.

PRODUCTION AND TESTING
Based on the approved visual designs, we manufacture the watch, which at this stage already reveals the true effect of polished, matte or brushed surfaces. The assembled timepiece is subjected to rigorous tests to check accuracy, water resistance, surface quality and dust protection. Once it meets all criteria, we present it in a custom-made box that also reflects the company’s visual identity.

To ensure we deliver the perfect, truly unique watch, a dedicated contact person guides you through the entire process: from the first design all the way to the finished, custom timepiece.
Are there minimum order quantity requirements?
There is no minimum order quantity; we can produce even a single piece.
Can I request a quote and design proposal?
Of course! On request, we will create a free visual mock-up based on the logo and brand elements you send us.
How can prices remain competitive with a low minimum order quantity?
Our goal is to offer our clients the best possible value for money. Thanks to our many years of manufacturing experience and our stock of pre-made components, we can respond to custom requests quickly and efficiently.
Is it possible to request a sample for larger production quantities?
For every custom-ordered watch we create a prototype and send you video and photo footage of it. Naturally, you can also view the finished piece in person. For orders of 20 pieces or more, we send a complete sample watch of the finished model.
How long does it take for custom watches to be delivered?
For custom watches, delivery can take place as soon as two weeks after the final visual design is approved.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide via FedEx Express.
Can I modify my order?
While designing your watch, you can modify your order at any time. However, once we have started the production process, changes are only possible by mutual agreement.
