Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer of the Giveaway

The organizer and operator of the giveaway titled "Hungarian Folktales Giveaway" (hereinafter: Game) is Evolvens Group Kft. (hereinafter: Organizer).

The Game takes place under the giveaway post published on the Evolvens Facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/evolvenswatch ).

2. Conditions of Participation

Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter: Player) may participate in the Game who:

• has their own Facebook user account;
• has a delivery address in Hungary;
• provides the correct answer to the question in a comment under the designated giveaway post during the duration of the Game;
• has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy related to the Game.

Participation is free and not conditional on any purchase.

Participation in the Game does not require sharing the post, tagging other persons, following the page, or subscribing to a newsletter.

Employees of the Organizer, persons directly involved in the operation of the Game, and their close relatives are excluded from the Game.

3. Duration of the Game

Start of the Game: time of publication of the giveaway post.

Deadline for answering: October 29, 2026, 23:59.

Date of the draw and announcement of results: October 30, 2026.

Times are understood according to Hungarian local time. Answers posted after the deadline will not be included in the draw.

4. Course of the Game and Validity of Answers

The Player’s task is to answer the following question in a comment under the giveaway post:

“In which story of the Hungarian Folktales does the princess pictured appear?”

To participate validly, the exact title of the tale in which the princess shown in the image appears must be provided.

Providing the princess's name, describing the story, or providing the title of a different tale does not constitute a correct answer.

Differences in capitalization and punctuation do not in themselves invalidate the answer, provided it clearly contains the exact title of the correct tale.

A Player may participate with one chance in the draw. Posting multiple comments does not increase the chance of winning. In the case of multiple comments with different answers, the Organizer will consider the first one chronologically.

The answer must be available at the time of the deadline and the draw. Answers modified after the deadline cannot be considered.

5. The Prize

The prize raffled in the Game:

• 1 piece of Evolvens princess-themed wristwatch.

A total of 1 winner will be drawn during the Game.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner does not have to pay any purchase price or participation fee to receive the prize.

6. The Draw and Announcement of Results

On October 30, 2026, the Organizer will select 1 winner and 1 substitute winner by random draw from among the Players who provided the correct answer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Before the draw, the Organizer will verify the validity of the answers. Every validly participating Player has an equal chance of being included in the draw.

The Organizer will publish the result under the giveaway post in a reply to the winner's comment. The winner's name used on Facebook will appear in the announcement.

The winner must contact the Organizer via private message on the official Facebook page within 5 calendar days of notification.

If the winner:

• does not contact within the specified deadline;
• does not meet the conditions of participation;
• waives the prize; or
• does not provide the data necessary for handover,

the substitute winner becomes eligible for the prize under the same terms of contact.

If the substitute winner is also not eligible for the prize or does not contact in time, the Organizer will hold another draw among the valid participants.

If no valid, correct answer is received, the Organizer will not draw a winner and will inform about this under the post.

7. Handover of the Prize

The Organizer will coordinate the details of the prize handover with the winner in a private message.

For delivery, the Organizer may request the following data from the winner:

• full name;
• delivery address in Hungary;
• phone number required for delivery;
• e-mail address required for coordination.

These data must be provided only via private message or the official contact channel provided by the Organizer, not in a comment.

The cost of delivery within Hungary is borne by the Organizer. The prize will be dispatched within 15 working days of receipt of all necessary data.

The Organizer will not ask for credit card details, bank login credentials, or advance payment for receiving the prize.

The Player is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the Organizer will coordinate with the winner regarding further handover options.

8. Exclusion and Technical Conditions

The Organizer may exclude a Player who:

• does not meet the conditions of participation;
• participates on behalf of another person, without authorization;
• attempts to gain an unfair advantage using automated tools or multiple accounts;
• attempts to manipulate the result of the draw; or
• intentionally obstructs the operation of the Game.

The reason for exclusion will be documented by the Organizer and communicated to the affected Player upon request.

The Organizer cannot ensure the continuous, error-free operation of Facebook and the internet connection. In the event of a technical problem that significantly hinders the operation of the Game, the Organizer will inform the Players under the post about further steps.

9. Data Privacy Notice

The data controller of the personal data related to the Game is Evolvens Group Kft., with the details and contact information provided in point 1.

The purpose of data processing:

• verifying participation and the validity of answers;
• conducting the draw;
• notifying the winner and publishing the result;
• handing over and delivering the prize;
• handling inquiries and complaints related to the Game.

The scope of processed data:

• the Player's name used on Facebook and the profile link associated with the comment;
• the submitted answer and its time of publication;
• in the case of the winner, the data listed in point 7 necessary for handover and contact;
• the content of correspondence related to the Game.

Data processing on the Facebook platform is also subject to the platform's own privacy policy.

10. The Role of Facebook

The Game is not supported, approved, or managed by, and is not associated with, Facebook or Meta.

Questions and complaints related to the Game must be sent to the Organizer, not to Facebook or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, the Player releases Facebook from any claims arising from the Game.

11. Other Provisions

The Organizer may modify the Terms and Conditions only in justified cases, with prior notice to the Players. The modification shall not infringe the acquired rights of Players already validly participating and shall not be applied retroactively to their detriment.

In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the effective Hungarian legislation shall apply.
