Warranty
Our watches come with a 3+3 year warranty. After the first 3 years, you can request a warranty-renewal service for 20,000 HUF. After the service, a new warranty card is issued for an additional 3 years.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use, failure to follow the operating and handling instructions,
- improper storage, improper handling, damage, or unauthorised repairs,
- acts of God, natural disasters, or other physical or chemical effects.

TRITIUM INDICATORS
The technology uses tiny hermetically sealed glass tubes filled with tritium gas, which excites the phosphor coating inside to provide constant illumination. Tritium has a half-life of 12.3 years, so the indicators retain usable brightness for more than 20 years. It’s no coincidence that this solution is widely used in military equipment, sights, instruments and professional wristwatches.
SPECIAL COATINGS
The special surface treatments used on the Tactical Gen 3 models not only enhance their appearance, but also increase the watch’s durability. The Cerakote ceramic coating provides excellent wear resistance and a unique matte finish, while the DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating creates an extremely hard, scratch-resistant surface on the case and bezel. These modern coatings offer effective protection in everyday use.
INTERCHANGEABLE NAMEPLATE
The unique, engravable metal side plate first appeared on the original Tactical Gen 1 model, developed at the request of the Bercsényi Special Operations Forces. The aim of this solution was to make the watches easily identifiable during service use. On the Tactical Gen 3 we have retained this distinctive detail, so the metal insert still provides space for a custom inscription, name, callsign, blood type or even a military unit designation.
M19A1 - MILITARY BOX
The Tactical Gen 3 does not arrive in a traditional watch box. Its packaging is inspired by the M19A1 military ammo can, which served in numerous armies around the world for decades. This robust metal box not only gives the watch a striking appearance, but also emphasizes the Tactical’s character and military roots.

For handcrafted, custom watches, it is especially important that we extend our warranty obligations as broadly as possible. In case of any problem, we provide free shipping and priority repair.
